Are you looking to escape the UK and live in SPAIN or looking for a holiday escape, well read on. The static is situated in the hills over looking the beautiful Town of Besalu. The previous owners lived here all year round (some campsites do not allow you to be there permanent but this one does). The campsite has a swimming pool, restaurant and showers. Set in a peaceful location with good privacy as it is sited on the edge of the wood so is not over-looked and is shaded during the hot summer months. The static has been remodeled inside, opening two small bedrooms into one large one. We currently have two single beds pushed together in this room to give a spacious space, which can be parted if required for two singles. This room has private access to a bathroom which has a toilet and sink. Your washing machine is also in this bathroom. The second bedroom is en-suite with toilet, shower and sink. We have built a large decking area out front which has privacy/shaded screens around it. The static has mains electric, water and sewage. The electric is on a meter and you pay the campsite owner monthly for your use. We recently replaced the old boiler with a more efficient water heater giving a great supply of hot water. We will be leaving it fully furnished. This is really a beautiful spot, with nature on your back door. Super views across the valley. Most weekends you will see hot air balloons passing by as you relax on the decking with a cold drink! Fantastic walks and trails. The town is a 20 minute walk down the country road or a four minute drive. Google Besalu and you will see what this Medieval Town has to offer.
