Ford transit custom campervan, camper van Hi top Long wheel base new conversion

We are delighted to offer for sale our brand new conversion of the ever popular Ford Transit Custom. Regstered 2014 this rare model high top , long wheel base offers a fantastic interior layout, optimising the full use of the interior space. The Kitchen is located to the rear of the van, giving full stand up access from the rear doors, it has a built in flat fit gas hob with 2 burners and a hand basin, running from an internal water bottle supply. A built in drawer with numerous cupboards are located below the full wood worktop, with an access door to the underbed area for further storage. Further storage above the cab and in the side upper cupboards. Adjacent to this is a seperate wooden worktop with a fridge built in below. Diesel night heater running from the main fuel tank. Inside the side opening door we have a double seat with operating seatbelts, this folds flat as a rock and roll bed into a double bed, with ample under bed storage. There is a fold away table that can be added as in the picture for eating, with the front passenger double seat fitted to a swivel base to face the table and double chairs. All power is operated from the van battery with an additional leisure battery installed for off grid power. A split charger is fitted to keep the batterys charging whilst vehicle is running. A remote ceiling fan is installed that can control the internal temperate, along with LED lighting throughout the interior. The van is fully carpeted internally and real wood floor fitted to compliment the wood interior and solid wood worktops, along with blackout night blinds. A full length awning is also fitted to the camper. The van is the top of the range 2.2 Tdi 130 BHP Limited spec which includes colour coded bumpers and trim, Air conditioning, crusie control, multifunction leather steering wheel, DAB stereo/CD/AUX system, powerfold mirrors, roof bars, heated front screen. MOT until February 2022, and a full service history with last service carried out at 109.977. Van has covered 112,000 from new. We have fitted brand new all terrain tryes with black alloys for that off road look and practicality getting on and off some camp sites. 2007 Bailey senator Carolina series 5. 6 birth twin axle caravan. This luxury family caravan is just under 8 meters or 26 feet long. The caravan has been recently upholstered for a modern look and is fitted with an ego motor Mover on the front axle. This 14 year old caravan has been used extensively and has a few knocks but has been well looked after and is ready to go for any family. There are high levels of damp registering on the off side near to be double bunk bed but this is not evident visibly or by smell within the caravan and apparent with a damp meter. This caravan has a part service history and it comes with a porch awning. Lounge to Front which converts into 2 single beds or a king size double bed. Reluctant sale of my ST 220 due to it not been used much lovely car every option except the fridge. FF electric sunroof (rare). Genuine Ford roof cross bars. 6 cd player in the boot, with single cd in the head unit. Heated front and rear screen. Black Recaro leather interior, drivers seat has slight wear on bolster see photo. Heated front and rear seats, drivers seat a bit temperamental. Recent refurbished unmarked alloy wheels anthracite grey and excellent tyres. Performance air filter (Simota) fitted on last service 2021. Engine treated with Ametech restore at last service 2021. I treat all my cars with Ametech as a precaution brilliant product my last Mondeo ST was treated had 236000 miles on it and never used any oil never smoked pulled like a train. New genuine Ford coil pack, ignition leads, bosch plugs fitted at last service. I havn’t got round to fitting the rear bank of plugs yet as its a longer job air intake to be removed, but the car will come with plugs and gaskets for the new owner to fit. Chain driven engine no timing belts to worry about. New Brake pipes fitted 2020. New battery fitted April 2021. Odd mark/scuff to be expected the car is 15 years old. Could do with new Discs and pads they have suffered with not been used much (mot advisory). Fuel pipes have surface corrosion (mot advisory). Garage says they have years left in them. Mileage will increase as still been used occasionally. Number plate does not come with car will be replaced by origonal. I have tried to describe the car honestly. Tyne and Wear NE40. Good straight bodywork with no panel damage or rust, few small chips to paint but nothing serious, some paint bubbling on one of the roof bar mounts overall very good.
