Amazing LWB Hi-Top van with plenty of space, storage, double fixed bed and over 6ft head height. A large van that is great for holidays, overland travel, festivals, glamping, living and working for a couple. Rear Scandinavian style cladded conversion fitted out by owner in 2020 summer lockdown. Vehicle used over summer/autumn 2020 to travel around England, Scotland & Wales including the Scottish NC500. It has been insulated so heating was not required in this time. 6-speed manual diesel with 2 litre engine. Recently underwent a full engine re-build in December 2020, new engine has done only 10 miles. Message for more details on this re-build. Vehicle has done 236,000 miles. Drives in excellent condition. Body work has some slight rust and a dent in passenger wing which will be replaced before vehicle sells. Rear living space has tiled, wooden effect floor with pine cladding on walls and ceiling which has been varnished. 3 cupboards & x3 pullout space saving draws. Kampa roast master cooker – 2 ring gas burner and oven. Mini ceramic butler sink. Drinking Water Filter – separate tap. Spare Wheel in rear of van. Leisure battery (charged from engine). Low voltage electrics, inc lights and fridge. 240v electronic smart charger. Our stunning country beach house on wheels! With enough space to fit up to a family of four with two small children we are sure shell be a perfect fit for all your adventures. Her soft and elegant exterior pairs beautifully with her warm and homely interior. We like to think of her as our Country Beach House on wheels! The kitchen has been fitted with a beautiful hand crafted scaffold board worktop, modern sink and tap and all the main appliances such as two burner gas hob, oven and 50L fridge etc. Theres everything you could need to make you and your loved ones delicious meals day in day out. Sandy has a dining area featuring a table, also hand crafted from scaffold boards, large enough to seat up to 5/6 people. This then converts into a super snuggly double bed by night. Double bed dimensions 180cm long x 132cm wide. The luxury doesnt stop when it comes to the bathroom. This camper van comes complete with a hot and cold shower, built in toilet and storage. The seating area at the front of the cab offers seat belts for driver and 3 passengers. The 2 purpose built passenger seats behind driver seat offer a sweet bistro nook or a single bed suitable for toddlers and children. Another larger single bed can be made up above the bistro bed to create bunk beds. Top Bunk dimensions 180cm long x 60cm wide. Bottom Bunk dimensions 155cm long x 60cm wide. The Nitty Gritty details. Which has had a full brand new build by BRAW CAMPERS. My motorhome is a total one off and there`s not another one around like it. It also has the extra hi top roof which is really rare with the TV aerial and solar panel on the roof. I`ve used every square inch to get the most out of every bit of space not like the usual race motorhomes which are crammed inside. Its simply outstanding my motorhome has everything you need to live on a site or off grid/ 240V , 12V , LPG.
