Despite being over 20 years old, this is still a great van and has served our family well for several years (bought in 2016). Only reason for sale is my kids have outgrown local caravan holidays with mum & dad! Plus I no longer have the time to spend time on it as a hobby due to work and other commitments with children. Tows well but we used it as a family bolt-hole at weekends and during school holidays at lovely Breck Farm near the Norfolk coast. Dining area converts to double bed; separate seating area to bunk bed. Comes with a nearly new awning (Kampa 330) which is excellent and easy to put up. Internal elements (gas; electrics; water) recently checked by an engineer but I don’t have the time to make the few repairs he suggested, for information. Note: gas connectivity, cooker, other taps, water pump, shower, heater, electrics, lights etc all still work well; full set of cushions (recently cleaned) and curtains – I have information booklets relating to most of the equipment in the van, I will include these with it. Dry and cosy inside even in winter, with good heater, has not suffered from damp or leakage but corner of front window frame could do with replacement filler/a little timber as filled by previous owner and has come out (shown in photo), although not essential. A few other minor issues like cupboard door catches, refill of air con, front slider switch on heater, a little sealant in side window etc could be done to make it more luxurious if you are practically minded but nothing dire or that gets in the way of holidays and having fun. So would suit a more practical or less precious owner who doesn’t mind a few minor repairs – no time wasters please, this is an older van and inevitably it is not perfect but will serve a family well for many more years if looked after. Long wheel base VW transporter shuttle recently converted with pop top. This vehicle has been driven 135000 miles and had 4 owners. Not been used since the conversion. Recently serviced and has had reconditioned turbos fitted, ignition and injectors re-built. Runs and drives really well and sits on new 17 alloy wheels and tyres. Electrical system you wont see on any other van of this type, see below specification. This motorhome features the very latest technology in AC/DC power systems. From the well know and trusted supplier Victron, the heart of this system is the 3kW Multiplus power invertor, giving you the ability to use mains powered equipment, using the AC mains shore lead, vehicle alternator or the large capacity 230AHr battery. VW T5, T30 140 TDI LWB. Should be seen in person as its beautiful inside and out. The van has had new brake pads and brake discs and exhaust, although these were not needed at this time, they were mentioned. On the last MOT and so I thought it would be good to get this done ready for Bella’s new home. It drives amazingly well and is nice and smooth. Engine and body of the van is in excellent condition. MOT has 8 months. A brand new Double din head unit with bluetooth, satnav, reversing camera, wifi, and is android compatible. New 18 inch alloys. Rear Barn doors spoiler. Sound deadening panels throughout. Fully insulated and carpeted. 12v electrics with switches for water pump, downlights, usb sockets at the rear, usb socket at the front, 12v socket. Electric hook up, 2 x 3 in plugs and 1 under the passenger seat. Surflo 12v pump giving running water to the sink and the hose at the rear. Corner cupboards, drawers, and bench seats give plenty of storage. Dedicated fridge drawer with fridge included. The pop top has a front window and side vents and a large bed that can be lifted giving head height throughout. Roof rack on the top of the pop top for outside extra carrying space. Slide door kiravan storage. Awning rail and sail awning. 3 belted seats in the front. Leisure battery and split charge kit installed. Storage in bench seats.
