MOT: due 13th July 2022. RECENT WORK: New timing belt, new turbo, Clutch and break pads and discs replaced and 2 front tyres. Despite the mileage the van has been well looked after and has had its a/c fixed and numerous other smaller jobs sorted. Description of Beds: Sleeps 2 people on a memory foam mattress. We fitted a makeshift bed in the cabin area for our little girl with a memory foam mattress that works well. Description of Seating: Three belted seats in the front (including driver) with headrests. Cooking Equipment: Two gas hobs with calor gas cannister. All plumbed in and has a gas leisure certificate, if you were to want to rent the van out. Water Facilities: There is a 20-litre removable water tank that supplies water to the sink via a 12v pump. There is also a 10-litre grey water removeable tank. 2 x 95AH leisure batteries. Can place a yoga mat down, or tables and chairs or a travel cot for a smaller child. Under bed storage where the fridge is located. Full length overhead storage down both sides. Two cupboards, one consisting as a seat and a small cupboard opposite. Cooking & Heating (Gas). Diesel air heater with 10L tank (requires some work as not currently working). 2.5kg butane camping gaz bottle stored in sealed cupboard with drop hole. Capacity to create a shower in the van if you wanted. There is some minor dents on the bodywork that can be ironed out. I’ve been quoted a couple hundred for the main dent (picture on request). The diesel heater for living space also needs to be looked at as the fuel pump has gone. There is some remedial work that will be needed on the sump eventually. Again been quoted a few hundred. I’ve had the timing belt done a few months ago and in the last year had the turbo and clutch replaced which are major works completed for future owners All in all, the vans in good nick and will keep going for many more years to come with no unexpected costs, like turbo, clutch and timing belt.
