Despite being over 20 years old, this is still a great van and has served our family well for several years (bought in 2016). Only reason for sale is my kids have outgrown local caravan holidays with mum & dad! Plus I no longer have the time to spend time on it as a hobby due to work and other commitments with children. Tows well but we used it as a family bolt-hole at weekends and during school holidays at lovely Breck Farm near the Norfolk coast. Dining area converts to double bed; separate seating area to bunk bed. Comes with a nearly new awning (Kampa 330) which is excellent and easy to put up. Internal elements (gas; electrics; water) recently checked by an engineer but I don’t have the time to make the few repairs he suggested, for information. Note: gas connectivity, cooker, other taps, water pump, shower, heater, electrics, lights etc all still work well; full set of cushions (recently cleaned) and curtains – I have information booklets relating to most of the equipment in the van, I will include these with it. Dry and cosy inside even in winter, with good heater, has not suffered from damp or leakage but corner of front window frame could do with replacement filler/a little timber as filled by previous owner and has come out (shown in photo), although not essential. A few other minor issues like cupboard door catches, refill of air con, front slider switch on heater, a little sealant in side window etc could be done to make it more luxurious if you are practically minded but nothing dire or that gets in the way of holidays and having fun. So would suit a more practical or less precious owner who doesn’t mind a few minor repairs – no time wasters please, this is an older van and inevitably it is not perfect but will serve a family well for many more years if looked after.
