We are sad to sell this wonderful and very well looked after camper van. We have a full engine service history and have had a habitation service and gas check each year that we have owned this van (since 2013). The previous owners Les and Pauline looked after the van very well. The original conversion was done for them to a high standard. All the cupboards are wood and not flimsy ply. The van is fully insulated. The double bed is big enough for my 6 ft husband and comfortable. It converts to seating with a table. The 3 way fridge is 80 litre capacity and was installed in 2013 when we acquired the van. The water heater was replaced 2 years ago and it runs on gas or 240v. Everything works well, apart from the passenger side window motor which has gone and we have not got round to replacing it. There is a shower, Thetford cassette toilet and wash hand basin. Oven, grill and 4 burner hob. Under slung water tank and waste water tank. Lights inside work on 12v or 240v. Mains hook up cable. Rear mounted bike rack (for 2 bikes). Carbon monoxide alarm and fire extinguisher. Plenty of storage space and a sizeable boot. Zig unit, that displays water and battery levels etc. There are 3, 3 point safety belts in the back. Burstner Brevio T645 motorhome. Re listed due to time waster. 2014 full service history 33k miles. Very rare (in a Brevio), 3.0 litre 180ps engine re mapped to 215ps 460nm torque. Pioneers sat nav and multi media system inc DVD / CD player with output to TV iPod input , blue tooth hand free. Reversing sensors and camera. Day time running lights. 100 watt solar pannel and twin Liesure batteries (Varta 95 amp hr) Factory installed with charge controller. 6 speed manual gear box. Drivers pack (cab air con, electric Windows, mirrors, cruise control). 5 berth, front berth only suited to small child. Heating system blown air, Truma CP (E) classic. Heated waste tank 100 litre (under slung). 100 litre fresh water (in board). Colour coded wind out awning. 3 way dometic fridge and freezer. Manual rear drop down bed. This motorhome is only slightly larger than a long wheelbase van conversion, it’s no wider than a van and has standard size door mirrors. The rear hatch makes this vehicle unusual and very practical, I have even used it to collect carpets in the past. There are points to secure bikes if needed, although a carrier will mount on the tow bar. (carrier supplied with electrics and number plate if realistic price for van offered). The van attracts attention where ever we go and the rear hatch is brilliant in summer when you can sit in the lounge and admire the view with the hatch open. In winter it provides an extra area of shelter when open, along with the wind out canopy. The van offers all the benefits of a coach built motorhome but with the size and performance of a LWB van conversion. The max weight is 3500 kg with a payload of 720 kg. The van is in excellent condition and has a full aluminium coated chassis. I have owned the van for nearly 3 years and there have been 2 former keepers. This is a very reluctant sale.
