Beautifully converted white Mercedes campervan. With two gas hobs a sink with cold water tap and a fridge freezer. The pull out bed is comfortable and sleeps 2. There are no rear seat belts so these would need to be fitted if you wanted more passengers. Drives like a dream. I had a new clutch fitted in May. Lots of little cubby holes for storage , a kitchen table which is kept on rear door , fancy lighting and carpet on sealing. Gutted to sell but Im moving house and havent the parking space for it. Reason for sale: we have a giant labradoodle. That’s literally the only reason. We love this van. Cass was converted from a panel van by the previous owner, who was a kitchen fitter. Belted seats x 5. Retractable rock roll bed. Sink, tap, and pump. Hanging storage in back. 20 inch VW alloy wheels. Cass has no rust at all and is in good nick, but he’s well loved, and the interior white wood could use a lick of paint, and the exterior bodywork would benefit from some tlc in the near future if such things bother you. Also, the passenger window switch is a bit dodgy, we just never got round to sorting it out. This van is a dream. We are gutted to sell him, but know he will be the absolute legend of a first van for a young couple out there. Valid UK driving licence will need to be shown. I took on the project at the start of lockdown with the expectation that I would go on a long trip in it, with lockdown lasting a lot longer than anticipated that plan has changed. I have worked as a builder/carpenter so I completed the work to a good standard. Again, with the intention of using the van myself. The van can be used off grid with the solar power but can also be connected using a standard extension lead to run off of a mains hook up. Lots of time and thought went into the build, here is a list of some things I think are important. Only 39k miles on the clock, Extremely low for a camper! 4 x 105ah leisure batteries. 240V/house hold appliance mains. VSR connected to the alternator to charge the leisure batteries while you drive. 2 x 160w monocrystaline solar panels. 12v ceiling fan/extractor fan. 5.4m x 1.4m roof rack with centre walk way and access ladder. 70L fresh water tank. 2 x 25L plastic Jerry cans. Toilet cubicle/clothes storage (was intended to be a shower so it could easily be converted into one). 2 fully rotating and reclining captain chairs. Electric sliding passenger door. 2 ring electric induction hob. Front and Rear speakers. 2 x over head super bright LED spotlights. 1 x rear moveable spotlight. Detachable awning with guidropes and pegs. Pull out worktops for kitchen extension as well as a bed extension (makes it a super king, extra piece of bedding foam included). Under bed storage can fit two mountain bikes with the front wheels removed. Removable centre draw for long items to be kept inside surf board etc. MOT certificate until June 2022. Fully insulated floors and walls. Inside head height 510/180cm. Viewing is welcome/advised to really get a feel for the van, I also have lots more photos of the build that Id be happy to share. For sale is our well-equipped campervan bought 8 years ago and professionally converted based on a Adria 4Twin using original new motorhome parts and registered as a motor caravan with DVLA. We wanted 4 berths, proper belted seats for the kids, the ability to lift up the bottom bunk for storage/bikes, a large fridge/freezer and microwave all in a vehicle at 6m so the driving was easy when parking, driving down county lanes and using ferries. It has been used most weekends for day tripping and been on several adventures to France and Ireland over the 6 week summer holidays. Fortunately we have a good mechanic garage near us and so it has been well maintained and serviced. Most recent is 4 new tyres and rear brake shoes 6 months ago. It has also passed a full years MOT (July 2020) just before advertising. The camper van is well equipped with the following. Dometic Freshjet 1700 habitation Air-conditioning (great in hotter weather). Fiamma fitted cab/window blinds (quick and easy to darken the cab). Blown diesel central heating. Camos Satellite dish and Avtex TV. 110w solar panel and split charge system. Project 2000 electric step. Thule Rear bike rack. Thetford N112 3 way fridge freezer. Rear reversing camera and sensors. 2 keys one remote and normal key. Great layout for a young family or spacious for a couple with its 4 travelling seats two bunks at the rear and a large dinette at the front that also converts into a double bed at night. Theres a good sized washroom with cassette toilet and show. The kitchen is well equipped with sink, 2 ring gas hob and large 3 way fridge freezer and microwave. We have been fortunate to upgrade to a new taller motorhome so we will be also offering a Vango Kella Air awning that goes with the campervan and we hope that whoever buys the campervan will have lot of adventures and great memories as we have had. Newly converted Ford Transit AWD Swamper campervan. 2.2 duratorq TDCI. I built this from a commercial van with a view to going on camping trips but ongoing house renovations force a very reluctant sale. The van itself is a 4wd national grid transit van with high lift suspension and factory AWD system. Erbespacher diesel night heater. Smev 9222 gas hob and sink combo. Dometic removable 12v fridge cool box. Large double pull out bed – 2000mm long! With huge storage drawer and storage void. Kitchen cupboard housing 2 water tanks (clean and waste) + gas bottle (not supplied). 12v supply for TV (not supplied). Numax 12v 10amp Smart Charger. Original Ford twin uprated battery system. 2 x 240v twin sockets. Bonded window to sliding door. Bonded window with opener to drivers side. Siberian Larch board ceiling. Hardwood ply floor and wall panels. Insulated with 25mm PIR board and reflective insulating wrap. Overhead units with hold open hinges and leather hoop handles. Cargo nets x 5 and additional hooks and shelfs. Table with table rail and fold down leg. Made to measure velcro black out blinds. New front seat covers. Fully painted in Upol raptor black – Photos of pre-paint van available as well as during painting. Ventura overland style awning. MSW 16 load rated off road alloy wheels in Black. BF Goodrich All Terrain tyres – brand new. Door mounted spare alloy wheel and new BFG tyre. Tow bar and heady duty rear step. The van would make an ideal motorsport/fishing van etc or a really comfortable 2 person camper. I’m 6ft5 and can stand up in the back. The bed is also perfect for taller folk. 2.2 Duratorq Tdci 125bhp. AWD with internal switching. Just had a full service and MOT. Was previously owned and maintained by Scottish power. Runs nicely and drives really well. It is fitted with a 62mph restrictor which doesn’t bother me but can be removed by Ford dealer.
