Diesel heater outside (silent inside) integrated to blow through vent on bottom of oven. Outside porch area with large LED floodlight and switch. Front door with port hole and Yale locks. Roof vent with blackout blind and fly screen, insulated with fibreglass so leak free for life. Rolling blackout blinds with heat reflective on windows. Sony blutooth/cd player connected to x2 Bose speakers. Full sized Oven, Grill and x4 Hobs. Full size sink with hot and cold running water from hand made brushed copper taps. Possibly Toyotas eureka moment, with full coiled suspension this legendary Landcruiser had been able to go to places other 4WDs just cant. Being the same model and year as Sooty in 4WD 24-7, this 80s shows its still untouchable interns of the terrain its able to tackle. In the Passed 18months Ive done the great central Rd, the Gibb River Rd (twice), canning stock track, 3 of Australias most treacherous 4wd tracks without even so much as a puncture. More recently weve done various tracks around the Iberian Peninsular and the pyrenees. She is fully loaded with more gear than is imaginable and is completely kitted out so you can leave tomorrow for a few months of 4wd adventures for the deserts and mountain tracks of Morocco. Its a 2007 T5 transporter converted by Denbury straight from the factory. It sleeps 4 comfortably and has everything you need to get on your adventures. Rock and Roll bed backseat with seat belts (sleeps 2). Twin hob smev and sink with running water (onboard water tank) kitchen. Fridge (powered by leisure battery). Electric hookup, with full RCD. Twin 240v plug and twin USB socket to rear. Solar panel fitted to roof that keeps both batteries topped up (perfect for’off grid’ camping) – bluetooth controlled via an app. Swivel front passenger seat (with storage). Cycle rack (2 bikes). Pop-top (that sleep 2). Black out curtains all around. Fiama wind out side awning. Upfront there is air-con and electric windows. For sale is our first motorhome! We bought it at the start of summer to see if we would like the idea of using a motorhome and have defiantly caught the bug! I took on the project at the start of lockdown with the expectation that I would go on a long trip in it, with lockdown lasting a lot longer than anticipated that plan has changed. I have worked as a builder/carpenter so I completed the work to a good standard. Again, with the intention of using the van myself. The van can be used off grid with the solar power but can also be connected using a standard extension lead to run off of a mains hook up. Lots of time and thought went into the build, here is a list of some things I think are important. Only 39k miles on the clock, Extremely low for a camper! 4 x 105ah leisure batteries. 240V/house hold appliance mains. VSR connected to the alternator to charge the leisure batteries while you drive. 2 x 160w monocrystaline solar panels. 12v ceiling fan/extractor fan. 5.4m x 1.4m roof rack with centre walk way and access ladder. 70L fresh water tank. 2 x 25L plastic Jerry cans. Toilet cubicle/clothes storage (was intended to be a shower so it could easily be converted into one). 2 fully rotating and reclining captain chairs. Electric sliding passenger door. 2 ring electric induction hob. Front and Rear speakers. 2 x over head super bright LED spotlights. 1 x rear moveable spotlight. Detachable awning with guidropes and pegs. Pull out worktops for kitchen extension as well as a bed extension (makes it a super king, extra piece of bedding foam included). Under bed storage can fit two mountain bikes with the front wheels removed. Removable centre draw for long items to be kept inside surf board etc. MOT certificate until June 2022. Fully insulated floors and walls. Inside head height 510/180cm. Viewing is welcome/advised to really get a feel for the van, I also have lots more photos of the build that Id be happy to share.
