Awesome and unique Off-Grid Overlander type camper. Hugely flexible with seating/beds / perfect for adventure camper or full-time live in vehicle for 1-3 people. Vauxhall Movano 2013 F4500 (125bhp) (same as Renault Master). Strict Ministry MOT in November with no advisories. Oil serviced last week. Rated to either 3.5Tonnes or 4.5Tonnes – you decide (see below for more details). Runs and drives well due to it being ex fire service and maintained to high standard. 1 previous owner – fire service. Good length being the LWB (not XLWB) so it’s basically a MWB with a overhang and lifted up. Beefy tyres almost all-terrain tread. Very steady on the bends being 6-wheeler. This is an actual off-grid campervan which can keep you in the wilds for as long as your water supply needs a top up. It’s a unique camper and offers a flexible living /exploring space for its new owner/s. Quality build by a professional builder. Unique base van with lithium tech providing advanced off-grid power resources added to a strong and quality build. Originally built for myself but I went way over my affordable budget so must sell to balance books. Large 500watt Solar Panel. Renogy 1000w remote controlled Inverter. Victron Bluetooth DC-DC Smart charger (charges battery when driving). Renogy 100 a/h LITHIUM battery (Bluetooth). Highly flexible main bed (single/double or removable). Separate utility area – adds privacy and insulation to living space. Two long benches for seating/storage/potential extra sleeping. Utility area / good for storage / can house a toilet – current one not included being that it’s used, but I can pay for a new one. Standing height inside 6ft 6in. 4x Roomy overhead lockers. Large kitchen unit – Solid beech worktop. Real staved oak flooring. 12cm thick bench seats – very firm for seating and sleeping – delivered today. One side is about 6ft 2in in length, the other 5ft 10in. They can be used as two singles or joined up with 4 panels to make a king size double bed. The bridging panels can also serve as tables (see pic). There’s four overhead lockers, two big drawers under the worktop, the benches have storage space and a cavernous space above the cab. There’s a utility space at the back which I have made – the can be section off with a curtain/hanging rug. The water supply is back there, porta-loo and also space for luggage. The table can be moved to two different locations and there’s 2x USB charging locations and 5 different light options available including some red lighting. The kitchen has 2-ring gas hob, decent size sink with a tap with two different settings (sprinkler or normal water flow). It’s cold water only in here though, I’m a hardy survivalist type. Heavy insulation especially in the roof and eaves – close to 100mm / 150mm in the eaves consisting of sound insulation, recycled plastic bottle wool and finished which a thermal/foil backed wrap and then spruce cladding all round. Once warmed up the heat stays in and it’s been cosy testing it recently at 2 degrees above freezing once warmed a little with some heat dispersion from the cooking hob and cab air blower. The van has one 80% privacy tint window fitted in the sliding side door and I’ve an insulated blind that fits the window for blackout/full privacy. About its weight class.. It is all set up to either remain at either 4.5Tonnes or be downrated to 3.5Tonnes so if you’re looking at this and thinking I probably can’t drive it, then fear not as all the paperwork is ready to be sent off and I have a current weight certificate to show the camper currently weights exactly 3-Tonnes. There’s the odd dink on the bodywork in line with age. Little niggle as the drivers door needs a new cable between handle and door release as the handle won’t open it from the outside. It’s fine getting out and all the central locking works as normal, it’s purely the handle cable (like a brake cable on a bicycle basically). I just use the passenger door to get in for now. The chevrons on the sides and back doors can be removed easily enough if required but I think it also has advantages leaving them in place – so up to new owner. Balance to be paid at collection by bank transfer. This item is in the category “Cars, Motorcycles & Vehicles\Campers, Caravans & Motorhomes\Campervans & Motorhomes”.
