Unlimited hotwater Water supplied from the 70 litre storage tank underslung (Van can also be hooked up to mains water to refill tank automatically) hosepipe provided and has a water flow monitor attached. A bespoke (1000×450) built in shower cubicle with a thermostatically controlled bar mixer shower with riser rail shower head and hose. Sliding glass shower screen. A rear shower in the garage area, tucked away in a small easy access cupboard, perfect for washing down feet, kids or pets. CBE 12v water level indicator gauges for waste and potable tanks. All wires and pipe work neatly hidden where possible. Brand new stainless steel sink and drainer. Lightweight tiled back splash. Over the sink drainer. Brushed steel kitchen mixer tap with x3 water outlets (Pumped hot and cold plus mains water). INSULATION AND SOUND DEADENING. Fully insulated using Diall plastic insulation, celotex board, self adhesive thermal bubble foil and silver insulation tape (no bare metal exposed). An extra layer of polythene plastic sheeting covering the entire area as an extra barrier to prevent any potential condensation seeping into the timber cladding. Fully sound deadened using DODO self adhesive mats. (Photos of process can be provided). X3 roof vents with x2 Fiamma vents having 12v fans built in. One in the shower and the other over the kitchen worktop area They can be altered to plus or minus air flow to create constant air circulation. Fly mesh guarded also.
