Converted Mercedes Sprinter Luton Van Campervan Camper Conversion Live in

Ex-NHS medical waste transport vehicle, 3.5 ton drive-able on any license. Was very well looked after, mainly motorway miles. The MOT history is flawless up until we SORNed her to convert her. Sailed through the one we put her through and has only done maybe 1k miles since then as you can see from the MOT readout. No doubt the next MOT should be no problem at all. Would recommend replacing the brakes on both axles at some stage as she’s been sat on hard standing for a while now. I do regularly move her about and leave the handbrake off to avoid binding but yeah as i said she’s been out of use for a while. Will consider getting her MOT’ed for the right person but would rather not to have to spend any more time than I already have done.. Aside from that there’s just odds and ends second fix bits and bobs to finish off, 90% is complete I would say, still haven’t got around to connecting up the hardware for shower, taps and boiler / gas and a few other sundries but this takes no time at all. Realistically probably another 4k on materials and parts for the conversion, I haven’t gone through all the receipts to be honest it may well be more. Not to mention the hundreds of hours! Starts every time as you would expect. 130k is really just getting warmed up for a 2011 sprinter which is one of the reasons I bought her. We bought her to convert with plans to live in full time a while ago after our last transit was in an accident in Europe. Unfortunately a few months in we didn’t have any work and pretty much ran out of cash while in the midst of converting and our plans totally changed. Now a year later, I’m working full time as well as managing a small business and have no time whatsoever to finishing everything off. We’re both way too busy with work and again plans have changed completely so we’ve decided regretfully to pass her onto someone else! We put so much love and hours into this project but it’s funny how things turn out.. I would really love to finish the project for myself and partly because I know it would be worth much more but as I said there’s no time and a myriad of reasons preventing me now.. I’m sure there’s a bunch of stuff I’ve left out but this is turning into an essay! Brand new in box diesel heater (this is an unfinished part of project so I would discuss the idea with you as I have wired van for an external power source to keep it out of the van and vent warm air in). Pretty much load the van with all this stuff, Food and Beer and your off. I have left the bulk head in as I use van as my daily driver, there is no sink as I did not want water in the van but there is space to add one should you want to and also prewired for power to a pump. Now taking viewings on this freshly converted stunning camper. ! 4 berth 2012 Very High Spec ex sky Van Air con Bluetooth Connect Audio and SAT NAV Parking sensors Electric windows Cruise Control AUX slot, only 75000 miles. Do not confuse this van with high mileage low spec vans. It is Without doubt the cheapest camper of this mileage and high spec in the country, it is fully loaded with ever extra imaginable! Scenic opening Pop top 4 berth. 2012 2.0 Diesel 5 speed model 75k miles so not high for one of these and being an EX sky van its well knownthey are highly serviced… The van drives exceptionally well, engine is quiet and pulls as it should, The 5 speed Gearbox is silky smooth and goes into all gears as it should without any noises. The overall drive of the van is very tight and extremely smooth ride. Cambelt done This week for peice of mind. Lowered on brand new 50mm springs. Mechanically this van is a 10 out of 10 from me cant fault it have personally used it for last few weeks and been up and down the country several times and its never missed a beat, Absolutely any inspection you wish is welcome.. Will have 12 months mot put on it next week. Really handy for more airflow in the van and ease of access to rear cupboards. Finshed in stunning candy white, a solid 8 out of 10 condition body work. I think the fact its had a sky vinyl wrap on it has helped. To me Looks to have had sliding door repaired and drivers rear panel in the past probably due to dents or general wear and tear, i was a painter by trade so can spot these things, it doesn’t mean that you would but trying to be honest. There are no signs of it ever having major body repair and it is fully hpi clear. How many vans haven’t had any dents and dinks repaired We have to remember they start life as work vans And 9 out of 10 will have had scrapes. So Whilst its not absolutely brand new and does have the odd superficial marks if i was to be be very fussy. It is extremely good and better than so many… Many would probably say it is immaculate.. ! Fully Colour coded bumpers with Sportline add on front bumper Gloss black Front bumper splitter Rear sportline spoiler Added rear bumper skirts Added Side skirts. Windows fitted all around including opening one on the drivers side. Wheels are GENUINE 20 Range rover stormers JUST Fully Reburfished inside and in gloss black to a very high standard.. Electric windows and mirrors. Interior Just to be clear this conversion is less that 2 weeks old , its barely been sat in never mind camped in.. Still has factory protector stickers on things it is as new! Its built with off grid go anywhere camping in mind aswell as 240v campsite hook up. This van wont hang around! Im not listing it For a good price to sit around waiting for you to change your mind.. Obviously please come see the van and carry out any inspection etc. Leave a deposit or take it there and then. Remaining balance can be paid via bacs etc.. The Dome for the Heki 2 skylight is broken although it is still watertight- as proved by recent weather!
