The conversion was based on an incredible spec base van and has had absolutely no expense spared. The specification of the conversion works are detailed below. Strip Out, Insulation & Carpet Lining. Full strip out of existing furniture, side panels, flooring, and bulkhead. Full 2 stage insulation package using thermo acoustic and thermal fill insulation. New 9mm ply flooring with a hard wearing, easy clean Altro floor covering. Carpeted all round in 4-way stretch carpet. Skyline Pop-Top roof with a strap down fixing system, black polished finish with an Oatmeal coloured, scenic opening canvas. There are 4x LED Lights fitted in the passenger side coping and an LED bar attached to the bottom of your overhead locker on the driver’s side. This conversion has been fitted with a suede lined, bespoke and customised bed board on gas rams and offers additional lighting. There is also a reading light and USB charging socket fitted in the roof area. A new mattress will also be supplied for the upstairs sleeping area. The roofs we supply and fit to all of our conversions are supplied and manufactured by Skyline Roofs, one of the top manufacturers in the UK. The roof itself is suede lined and has an incredibly thick vinyl canvas as opposed to the fabric tent material you will find on cheaper roofs. Your furniture comprises of a fridge pod, cabinet, wardrobe unit, top cabinet, solid oak folding table with rail kit and table storage. A reading light is installed to your wardrobe. The hydraulic mechanism makes this bed very simple to use and requires very minimal effort when it comes to bedtime. We have fitted a top of the range, M1 crash tested Kiravans double swivel to the passenger bench seat, ensuring a very simple way to use your front seats as additional seating in the rear of the vehicle. CBE PC-210 Power Management System, this comes with a modern control panel with battery level indicators, internal and external temperature sensors but also includes all the 240v electrical items such as your electrical hook-up, RCD box and 240v charger. All of the wiring from your fridge, taps, lights, charging units etc are wired into a dedicated 12v consumer board. 110ah AGM Leisure Battery, secured in a neat battery box and isolation switch to kill the power when you’re not using your camper. Ctek D250S dual solar and split charging system. This will keep your leisure battery topped up whilst you are driving and whenever the sun comes out with the fitted semi-flexible, monocrystalline 150w Solar panel.
