However plans have changed due to personal reasons so she is now up for sale. It was newly converted but never used. It has all been meticulously tested by myself to ensure everything works as it should. No corners were cut, attention to detail and correct procedures were followed according to current regulations. The base vehicle is a 60 plate Fiat Ducato 3.0tdi Maxi L4 ELWB (the best version, great on fuel and plenty of power). It has approx 104k on the clock and comes with full 12 months MOT with NO Advisories. It is in fantastic condition just some paint flake on the bonnet which can easily be sorted. It has 3 seat belted seats and sleeps 3. The vehicle also had a full service at the time of MOT with oil a filter changes. It has remote central locking, electric windows with air conditioning. The vehicle has been modified in the following ways to ensure it is suitable for all adventures including the mountains, dark lanes and stealthy nights out. Suspension has been upgraded and had the body made higher than standard by approx 3 inch. It also comes with 2 Milenco MGI Maxi T3 levelling ramps for very uneven terrain. The vehicle has been fitted with 3 fixed privacy windows, one being an opening window in the sliding door all of which have blackout curtains and a blind. There are 2 x 100 watt solar panels on the roof bolted to very low profile roof rack and a small solar panel powering the PTZ camera (more on that later). There is a 52inch 675watt LED bar on the front of the roof (very bright and can be used with main beams or independently). The vehicle also has Chrome side steps fitted, which are great for getting in and out of the vehicle and looks the part! (also comes with removable small step stool to make it even easier). There is a 75 litre fresh water tank fitted underneath the vehicle with a lockable filler point on the side of the vehicle. This is next to the 240v mains hook-up point. There is a solar powered led light next to the sliding door for them dark nights, which comes on after dark although which can be independently switched off. It has wind deflectors fitted to reduce wind noise and to enable windows to be ajar when raining. Additionally there is a Top of the range sun-visor fitted for driver and passenger comfort as well as a bonnet stone chip guard to match. The vehicle has a double din android head unit with touchscreen and IR reverse camera. There is also reverse sensors. The front double seat has an M1 crash test approved fitted swivel seat base to face inside the rear. Above that is a shelf that holds the table which can be removed/fitted with the swivel table leg. Moving into the back it has a full shower room lined with gloss white PVC wall panelling on shower tray, all waterproof and fitted, with a PVC concertina door. It contains a thermostatic mixer shower to prevent burns from the hot water and an electric flush toilet which is fed from the water tank fitted under the vehicle with a separate waste cassette. The Kitchen area consists of a gloss white full size kitchen with solid oak wood worktop. This has been properly oiled with osmo oil. It contains a perfect size Belfast style sink and a swivel demountable shower head type mixer tap. A double LPG hob which is connected to the fitted LPG at the rear of the vehicle. This kitchen unit also houses the trail king pro 7 pump and accumulator system to ensure powerful water pressure throughout the vehicle with no buffering. There is a top of the range Dometic/Waeco CRX50 compressor fridge freezer fitted which runs off the leisure batteries with very low power consumption. There is 2 wine glass holders and some hooks for storage as well as basket under top cupboard and basket inside one of the lower cupboards under the cutlery draw. Opposite the kitchen is the seating area, this doubles as a single full length 6ft long bed (feet go under the double bed at the rear). This is fitted with 12cm thick foam and dacron lined with a premium material fitted with zips for washing. Inside the bench is a 5kw diesel powered heater outlets in main living area and garage and diesel tank located inside kitchen cupboard accessible from outside of sliding door. It has a remote control screen as well as a remote control keyfob for preheating. The 10l Propex 240v hot water heater (operated on hookup) is also sited here which feeds the sink and the shower with very hot water. This area also houses the 2 x 100watt leisure batteries and Tracer Epever- MPPT Solar charge controller. The main living area consists of room for dining with the removable table mentioned above. Also within reach is a tank level meter to check how much water is left in the underslung water tank. There is an electric power level meter fitted to check the level of power being pulled by all the 12v system and a separate meter display for the solar system, to check the amount of power coming into the van. Above the seating area is the electric cupboard which houses the 240v consumer unit (trip board) and 12v fuse box. The leisure batteries are charged via a dual sensing split charge relay (driving the vehicle charges them and stationary the solar charges them). At the rear of the vehicle is a full size double bed (not small double like some motorhomes, this is a full size double bed). This comes with a reading light above pillows hidden from view and a charging station for mobile phones, with shelf. This consists of 2 USBs and a 12v outlet for a TV, projector etc Underneath the bed, in the heated garage, is a cupboard with a shelf in and the LPG sealed cupboard with drop out vent, bulkhead regulator (including test point) and fixing straps. Comes with a 7kg butane bottle which is nearly full. The rest of the vehicle has LED lighting in the ceiling main area with a switch near sliding door. The bathroom ceiling lights come with a separate light switch, a reading light above the bed with a separate switch, fairy light type globes around the leading edge of the ceiling (with remote) and an led light strip light in the heated garage (also separately switched). The ceiling is fitted with a 400mm Fiamma skylight with blind and mosquito net. This is above the bed for stargazing and catching a breeze. There is also a MAXXFAN (top of the range fan) fitted which acts as an extractor or blower fan with motorised lifting roof vent. This comes with remote control. There is also a 12v fan fitted in the shower room with switch. There is a huge amount of overhead cupboard space throughout the van with plenty of kitchen cupboard space and garage storage space. The vehicle is fitted with Dual band 4G WIFI with a Poynting puck 2 aerial fitted (for super strong signals) on the roof and a very fast Netgear dual band 4G router. The Netgear can connect up to 15 devices with password protection. It also has a smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm also fitted for extra safety. There is also a cab curtain to close off the drivers cab area from the rear living area for added warmth and security. Extremely heavy duty anti drill lock strengthening plates. Disklok full steering wheel lock. There is also 2 HD cameras fitted: 1 facing the drivers seat and 1 Pan and tilt HD Camera in the rear. These are both powered independently so as to not flatten any batteries and are connected to the WIFI in the vehicle for remote viewing.
