We have owned this vehicle from new, 2014 and have loved every minute of it and really looked after it, hence it is in excellent condition. We enjoy using it as a day van for trips to the beach and to go surfing in Devon and Cornwall (the surfboards fit into the van nicely sliding under the bed area). We have also stayed in the campervan at many campsites and the odd festival over the years. With campsites re-opening from 4. The rock and roll bed is really comfy and folds flat with a sleeping area of 75 length by 46 width. The campervan has Van X blackout curtains on the side windows and blackout material measured to fit the rear windows. There are also cab divider curtains between the front cab and rear cab making it dark and cosy for sleeping. There is a choice of different lighting to suit your needs. The flexible reading light at the back of the van is particularly handy at night if one of you wants to sleep and one of you wants to read and finish that book! Side lights give for a softer feel if you want to wake up slowly and make that essential cuppa (fridge for milk, sink/tap for water and double gas hob to put kettle on to heat water) but still need to see what you are doing before opening the curtains! There are also main lights overhead. Throughout the van, both front and rear, are multiple charging points for your various devices. One of the side windows does have a mini window built into it which can be opened and that is really useful if you need some fresh air during the night. Its a lovely van to park up at the beach and open the back doors and put the kettle on and make a snack whilst watching my husband surf. The passenger seat has a swivel base so it can be re positioned facing into the van so you can chat with friends who can sit on the rock and roll and rock bed which does fold up into a seated area. Being a high top van makes it easy for my husband to stand up in and get changed into his wetsuit for surfing/swimming and to put the kettle on and prepare food for a BBQ. It is lovely to also put a blanket on the carpet area and open the side door only so the sun can shine in on you whilst you read your book. The vehicle acts as a nice wind break on a windy day and also gives you a bit of privacy. Both of us really enjoy driving this vehicle. It is a comfortable drive and being seated high up it is easy to see other vehicles. The reverse parking sensors make parking easy too. This is a lovely, well looked after 4 berth motorhome. It is short in length making it easy to park in most surface car parks but it has a surprisingly spacious interior due to the cab being well integrated into the rear of the vehicle. This is our fourth motorhome and by far our favourite due to its scale and versatility that is due to the clever internal planning and the electric drop down bed that, even when lowered, does not obscure the habitation door. How they also managed to integrate a shower room with separate shower, toilet and wash basin still amazes us!! The dining area can easily seat four and the table is ingenious in how it rotates and slides on two axis making it easy to get in and out. All the wooden cabinets are in in a really good condition as are all the locks and other fittings. Mattresses and beds are all very good as well! Storage under the main bed is excellent with an external access door to the passenger side easing entry to retrieve camp chairs and tables etc. Some key things you might like to know. In our opinion the van is perfect for a couple plus a teenager or a couple with two smaller children. It may however be a bit cramped for four adults or 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We have had full air conditioning fitted to the habitation area which works on electric hookup. Great in the hot summer we have just had and if you are travelling abroad. There is the standard wind-out Fiamma awning. The cycle rack has a Fiamma box fitted which is not included in the price but we can sell with the van if you would like it. We have added a Kenwood head unit with Apple Car Play rather than the original Pioneer unit which is a bit dated. This is INCLUDED in the asking price. The van has a reversing camera that is wired into the Kenwood head unit. We have a 12v TV/DVD unit which we are prepared to sell with the van but it is not included in the price as we know many people already own one. The van is fully serviced and has an MOT from a very reputable local specialist motorhome servicing garage (receipts are of course available for you to check). The van had its annual habitation check last May and all was well We have just replaced the timing belt as we were advised that at 50,000 miles this is advisable We have fitted four new motorhome tyres this year. Unfortunately our circumstances have changed and after much family debate, we have realised that we cannot use the van enough to justify it sitting in our drive. Why the low price? This is purely down to the slightly higher than normal mileage and is not a reflection of the quality of the van or the maintenance.
