Fully insulated the celotex plus it has a vapour barrier. 2x 110 amp AMG batteries. Voltage sensitive split relay charger. Designer lights on dimmers and chrome switches. 12 litre lpg instant water heater with 120 litre water tank. 19kg flo gas bottle in locker outside. Diesel heater outside (silent inside) integrated to blow through vent on bottom of oven. Outside porch area with large LED floodlight and switch. Front door with port hole and Yale locks. Roof vent with blackout blind and fly screen, insulated with fibreglass so leak free for life. Rolling blackout blinds with heat reflective on windows. Sony blutooth/cd player connected to x2 Bose speakers. Full sized Oven, Grill and x4 Hobs. Full size sink with hot and cold running water from hand made brushed copper taps. Tankless constant pressure water pump. Solid Oak work top with fresh coat of teak oil. White splash back tiles. X3 large draws, large cupboard under sink and x2 large cupboards above the worktop. Large Electrolux fridge with freezer. Lots of drawer and cupboard space, all doors secured with 20lb slam locks. Large sofa area with a lot of storage underneath. Sofa turns into the 2nd double bed. Reading light above sofa. Large shabby wardrobe area with draw, hanging rail and shelf space. Shower room with brand new Thetford toilet. Shower floor is freshly fibre glassed. We are delighted to offer for sale our brand new conversion of the ever popular Ford Transit Custom. Regstered 2014 this rare model high top , long wheel base offers a fantastic interior layout, optimising the full use of the interior space. The Kitchen is located to the rear of the van, giving full stand up access from the rear doors, it has a built in flat fit gas hob with 2 burners and a hand basin, running from an internal water bottle supply. A built in drawer with numerous cupboards are located below the full wood worktop, with an access door to the underbed area for further storage. Further storage above the cab and in the side upper cupboards. Adjacent to this is a seperate wooden worktop with a fridge built in below. Diesel night heater running from the main fuel tank. Inside the side opening door we have a double seat with operating seatbelts, this folds flat as a rock and roll bed into a double bed, with ample under bed storage. There is a fold away table that can be added as in the picture for eating, with the front passenger double seat fitted to a swivel base to face the table and double chairs. All power is operated from the van battery with an additional leisure battery installed for off grid power. A split charger is fitted to keep the batterys charging whilst vehicle is running. A remote ceiling fan is installed that can control the internal temperate, along with LED lighting throughout the interior. The van is fully carpeted internally and real wood floor fitted to compliment the wood interior and solid wood worktops, along with blackout night blinds. A full length awning is also fitted to the camper. The van is the top of the range 2.2 Tdi 130 BHP Limited spec which includes colour coded bumpers and trim, Air conditioning, crusie control, multifunction leather steering wheel, DAB stereo/CD/AUX system, powerfold mirrors, roof bars, heated front screen. MOT until February 2022, and a full service history with last service carried out at 109.977. Van has covered 112,000 from new. Newly converted Ford Transit AWD Swamper campervan. 2.2 duratorq TDCI. I built this from a commercial van with a view to going on camping trips but ongoing house renovations force a very reluctant sale. The van itself is a 4wd national grid transit van with high lift suspension and factory AWD system. Erbespacher diesel night heater. Smev 9222 gas hob and sink combo. Dometic removable 12v fridge cool box. Large double pull out bed – 2000mm long! With huge storage drawer and storage void. Kitchen cupboard housing 2 water tanks (clean and waste) + gas bottle (not supplied). 12v supply for TV (not supplied). Numax 12v 10amp Smart Charger. Original Ford twin uprated battery system. 2 x 240v twin sockets. Bonded window to sliding door. Bonded window with opener to drivers side. Siberian Larch board ceiling. Hardwood ply floor and wall panels. Insulated with 25mm PIR board and reflective insulating wrap. Overhead units with hold open hinges and leather hoop handles. Cargo nets x 5 and additional hooks and shelfs. Table with table rail and fold down leg. Made to measure velcro black out blinds. New front seat covers. Fully painted in Upol raptor black – Photos of pre-paint van available as well as during painting. Ventura overland style awning. MSW 16 load rated off road alloy wheels in Black. BF Goodrich All Terrain tyres – brand new. Door mounted spare alloy wheel and new BFG tyre. Tow bar and heady duty rear step. The van would make an ideal motorsport/fishing van etc or a really comfortable 2 person camper. I’m 6ft5 and can stand up in the back. The bed is also perfect for taller folk. 2.2 Duratorq Tdci 125bhp. AWD with internal switching. Just had a full service and MOT. Was previously owned and maintained by Scottish power. Runs nicely and drives really well. It is fitted with a 62mph restrictor which doesn’t bother me but can be removed by Ford dealer.
