Fitted with a top of the range Hi-Lo top that opens up to allow two beds in the roof and also has panoramic zip out side canvas and stainless steel hinges. It is the best roof on the market and it has an ultra low profile meaning that it is difficult to tell that it has a pop up fitted. The vehicle also benefits from the highly desirable factory fitted tailgate and rear wash wipe. Factory fitted swivel captain seats in the front with height adjuster on the drivers side and a RIB bed in the rear with 3 point seat belts fitted. Simply the best and most expensive rock and roll bed. The interior panels are fully lined with Anthracite 4 way stretch carpet and fully insulated and sound deadened. All of the panels are blind fitted so there are no unsightly screws on show. The roof is lined with a contrasting carpet and there are 7 touch sensitive led lights that show wither cool white or blue in the bottom and top of the roof, each are independently switched. A domestic (SMEV) 9720 left hand sink with twin gas hob with electronic ignition sits next to the top loading Domestic (SMEV) CB40 40 litre fridge which is also independently switched. Both the 6kg gas bottle and 9/5 litre water bottle are housed in the base unit. A drop out vent is fitted with the gas cabinet. The Reimo kit allows four people to sit around the table in comfort. There is also a nickel finish 240v twin socket for when you are hooked up to the mains. The floor has been laid with 12mm ply on top of 9mm battens. Not screwed through the base of the van and it has Altro walkaway on top and will last a lifetime. To keep you warm on those cool evenings a Propex HS2000 heater is fitted along with a Carbon Monoxide alarm. A full split charger is fitted along with a 100ah Leisure battery. The 240v hook up is discretely hidden away for when on site or for charging at home. Fitted with a top of the range Hi-Lo top that opens up to allow two beds in the roof and also has panoramic zip out side canvas and stainless steel hinges. It is the best roof on the market and it has an ultra low profile meaning that it is difficult to tell that it has a pop up fitted. The vehicle also benefits from the highly desirable factory fitted tailgate and rear wash wipe. Factory fitted swivel captain seats in the front with height adjuster on the drivers side and a RIB bed in the rear with 3 point seat belts fitted. Simply the best and most expensive rock and roll bed. The interior panels are fully lined with Anthracite 4 way stretch carpet and fully insulated and sound deadened. All of the panels are blind fitted so there are no unsightly screws on show. The roof is lined with a contrasting carpet and there are 7 touch sensitive led lights that show wither cool white or blue in the bottom and top of the roof, each are independently switched. A domestic (SMEV) 9720 left hand sink with twin gas hob with electronic ignition sits next to the top loading Domestic (SMEV) CB40 40 litre fridge which is also independently switched. Both the 6kg gas bottle and 9/5 litre water bottle are housed in the base unit. A drop out vent is fitted with the gas cabinet. The Reimo kit allows four people to sit around the table in comfort. There is also a nickel finish 240v twin socket for when you are hooked up to the mains. The floor has been laid with 12mm ply on top of 9mm battens. Now taking viewings on this freshly converted stunning camper. ! 4 berth 2012 Very High Spec ex sky Van Air con Bluetooth Connect Audio and SAT NAV Parking sensors Electric windows Cruise Control AUX slot, only 75000 miles. Do not confuse this van with high mileage low spec vans. It is Without doubt the cheapest camper of this mileage and high spec in the country, it is fully loaded with ever extra imaginable! Scenic opening Pop top 4 berth. 2012 2.0 Diesel 5 speed model 75k miles so not high for one of these and being an EX sky van its well knownthey are highly serviced… The van drives exceptionally well, engine is quiet and pulls as it should, The 5 speed Gearbox is silky smooth and goes into all gears as it should without any noises. The overall drive of the van is very tight and extremely smooth ride. Cambelt done This week for peice of mind. Lowered on brand new 50mm springs. Mechanically this van is a 10 out of 10 from me cant fault it have personally used it for last few weeks and been up and down the country several times and its never missed a beat, Absolutely any inspection you wish is welcome.. Will have 12 months mot put on it next week. Really handy for more airflow in the van and ease of access to rear cupboards. Finshed in stunning candy white, a solid 8 out of 10 condition body work. I think the fact its had a sky vinyl wrap on it has helped. To me Looks to have had sliding door repaired and drivers rear panel in the past probably due to dents or general wear and tear, i was a painter by trade so can spot these things, it doesn’t mean that you would but trying to be honest. There are no signs of it ever having major body repair and it is fully hpi clear. How many vans haven’t had any dents and dinks repaired We have to remember they start life as work vans And 9 out of 10 will have had scrapes. So Whilst its not absolutely brand new and does have the odd superficial marks if i was to be be very fussy. It is extremely good and better than so many… Many would probably say it is immaculate.. ! Windows fitted all around including opening one on the drivers side. Wheels are GENUINE 20 Range rover stormers JUST Fully Reburfished inside and in gloss black to a very high standard.. Electric windows and mirrors. Interior Just to be clear this conversion is less that 2 weeks old , its barely been sat in never mind camped in.. Still has factory protector stickers on things it is as new! Its built with off grid go anywhere camping in mind aswell as 240v campsite hook up. These seats are unbelievable and will only be fully appreciated when you see them in person. New Leisure battery & quality self switch relay fitted running to 12v switches and invertor so you can use 240v (standard plug) when on the move without hook up.. There are quite a few spare switches to add any 12v extras.. 240v hook under the van runs to the consumer unit and has a singke 240 socket. New 90litre fridge 240v that will run of invertor if wild camping or plug in to mains in the van when hooked up. New smev 9222 appliance (cooker & sink) New Water bottles included, gas will need the flexi pipe fitting by new owner and tested as im not a gas man (but they are supplied and its very easy 2 min job) Blinds fitted to both front side windows for privacy. SCENIC side and front opening pop top Roof fitted.. As you can see not your commonly fitted cheap pop top.. This roof is fully honeycomb insulated and is fitted with side and front windows aswell as side zip opening when you really want to let the outside in!! Red suede lined roof bed on hydraulic ram. 6 Led roof lights that is on a remote control to change dimmer and mood setting.. Under Bed storage accessible from front and rear. The Cupboards are finshed in gloss black with black Trim and look amazing. Full cab matt set includes front cab, all door steps and door pockets. I CAN ADD EXTRAS AT BUYERS COST. This van wont hang around! Im not listing it For a good price to sit around waiting for you to change your mind.. Obviously please come see the van and carry out any inspection etc. Leave a deposit or take it there and then. Remaining balance can be paid via bacs etc.. Im available if you can make it here and can stick to the guidlines on social distancing im happy for you to carry out any inspection you wish via AA etc i have full faith in this van would happily do a few hour test drive if so required.. No timewasters, please don’t ask questions if the answers are in the description I have genuinely tried my best to be as detailed and transparent as possible. This is beautiful van probably worth more. Negative bits Im struggling to find. Very slight wheel balance wobble about 70mph dissapears at 75mph. Service book has 1 stamp in it, but as we all know ex sky vans are extremely well service sometimes in house by themself or at vw themself.. I called vw and they wasn’t very helpfull but they did say they had logged 3 services..
